  The whole production line Corrugated Floor Deck Forming Machine includes the: decoiler , feeding and levelling mill,main roll forming machine, hydraulic device, the production line is totally controlled by Panasonic PLC, length, sizes, width are adjustable, rollers are polished chrome with heat treatment , every rank of rollers are connected with chains or gear box which are provided the energy and power by gear box , the hydraulic cutting is very fast , more tolerance, profiles are very smooth and no burring remaining.machines can be used at least more than 10 years, CE,ISO certification is avaiable for all Floor Deck Forming Machines
